Good small place, I enjoyed friendly personnel.

the hotel met all requests. planned to see san miguel de allende major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them.

I liked San Miguel de Allende. the hotel was quaint and a nice little walk to the centro. the room was impeccably clean and provided us with a comfortable bed, basic ventilation, and sweet windows. the staff was amicable, attentive, and around most of the time.

Quaint hotel with very welcoming staff, has excellent location close to everything. The rooms are perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. We would love to come back, no reason to complain, truly enjoyed this venue...

This place has a fantastic location just steps away from an arts theater, surrounded by restaurants, and close to the town center.

This place is so cool and the staff is super friendly. It's in a perfect spot, close to all the fun stuff like tourist spots, yummy restaurants, the town center, and the main plaza. 🌟

The room had two comfortable beds and the bathroom was clean. The location was convenient, I could easily walk to restaurants and shops. They provided daily cleaning service.

The room had poor sound insulation so it was difficult to sleep with noise from the street. the WiFi was spotty and slow, making it difficult for me to work.

I loved the location of Hotel Santa Ana, just two blocks away from downtown. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all the attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the girls at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist us with finding a safe place to park our motorcycles. The hotel also offered a great value for money, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Santa Ana for a great experience in San Miguel de Allende.

Quaint family-run hotel, excellent location, refurbished and clean rooms, attentive and helpful staff, nice little touches, free drinking water.

Almost perfect.

the location was excellent, only a few minutes' walk from great restaurants and bars and a short walk to the centro. the room was spotlessly clean and had a large bathroom with working WiFi. the receptionist was very helpful and gave us useful advice on local attractions. We enjoyed the great food and the friendly service in the small kitchen.

The hot water in the shower was inconsistent and difficult to regulate.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything, which made it easy to explore the city.
